The Grandstream GBX20 is an advanced extension module designed to enhance the functionality of compatible Grandstream IP phones. It is ideal for receptionists, call centers, and businesses that handle a high volume of calls.
The module features a 4.3-inch color LCD display and 20 programmable dual-color keys, allowing users to manage calls efficiently. Each module supports up to 40 contacts/extensions (2 pages), and up to 4 modules can be connected together, providing a total of 160 extensions.
The GBX20 supports a wide range of telephony features including BLF (Busy Lamp Field), speed dial, call park/pickup, presence, intercom, and call transfer/forward, making it a powerful tool for monitoring and managing multiple calls simultaneously.
It is compatible with several Grandstream devices such as:
- GRP2615 / GRP2624 / GRP2650 / GRP2670
- GXV3350 / GXV3450
The module connects directly to the host phone and can be powered through it (for single module setups), ensuring easy installation and seamless integration.
